Instagram bug for some users causes iOS app to crash

A few individuals on the internet yesterday shared their tales of the glitch, which while it doesn’t now appear to be common, nonetheless irritates some iPhone users.
A representative for Meta, the company that owns Instagram, told 9to5Mac that the error was fixed in the most recent update of the Instagram app for iOS.

According to these users, the Instagram app simply stopped functioning on the iOS operating system. When users press the app’s icon, the playback screen is displayed before it crashes, returning the user’s iPhone to the iOS home screen once more. However, the error does not appear to be affecting a sizable number of users.
It is currently unclear what led to the Instagram glitch. Until the issue is rectified, affected users can use Instagram through a web browser.

Although Instagram has not yet acknowledged the issue, it is attempting to give the impacted users a fix.
