Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed that NATO supports Ukraine to confront Russia and try to impose global hegemony.
In his speech at the meeting of the International Cooperation Council of the United Russia party, Lavrov said, “Our position on nuclear deterrence has not changed and depends on Russia’s nuclear doctrine. . . Washington’s attempts to distort our image come with the aim of frightening the international community to pass the scenario in support of the Kyiv regime.

Lavrov stated in his statement at the United Russia party’s meeting of the International Cooperation Council, “Our attitude on nuclear deterrence has not changed and rests on Russia’s nuclear doctrine. Washington is attempting to misrepresent us in order to scare the world into passing a resolution supporting the Kyiv dictatorship.
