The UN Security Council accuses Al-Houthi of obstructing the extension of the armistice in Yemen

Today, Thursday, media reports claimed that the UN Security Council had accused the Al-Houthi of trying to prevent the truce in Yemen from being extended.
In accordance with the constitution, the Gulf initiative, and its executive mechanism, Yemeni President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi decided to form a presidential leadership council and transfer all of its powers to him at dawn on Thursday. He also decided to remove his deputy, Ali Mohsen Al-Ahmar, from his position.

According to the official Yemeni News Agency, the new Presidential Leadership Council in Yemen would oversee the state’s politics, military, and security throughout the transitional period (Saba).
The Presidential Command Council is reportedly discussing a truce with the Houthis, according to the Yemeni outlet.

Al-Houthi is charged by the UN Security Council with preventing the prolongation of the armistice in Yemen.
