RCMP and Manitoba First Nations Police seize cocaine and firearm

After a narcotics bust at the Opaskwayak Cree Nation, the Pas RCMP launched an investigation.
On September 27, 2022, Mounties worked with the Manitoba First Nations Police agency and other parties to carry out a search warrant at a residence on Cowley Avenue.
225 grammes of cocaine and a pellet pistol were found during the search.
Three of the five adults who were detained at the site were later released. The other two are accused of trafficking drugs.
The inquiry, according to RMCP, is ongoing.

Cocaine and a gun are seized by the RCMP and the Manitoba First Nations Police.
