Even the most tyrannical and deep measures of occupation in Jerusalem are invalid and illegal, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, and they will not grant him a right there. According to the ministry, Israel’s increasing number of incursions into Al-Aqsa Mosque are intended not only to maintain its geographical divide but also to legalise the execution of Talmudic rituals in its courtyards, short of destroying it and erecting the fictitious temple in its place.
She emphasised that the occupying power uses its feasts and occasions to further its expansionist colonial ambitions in the occupied city of Jerusalem, to solidify its annexation and family, severing it from its Palestinian surroundings and connecting it to Israel on all sides, in the worst ways possible by employing Talmudic narratives that serve those ambitions, as an essential component of the ongoing occupation war on Jerusalem. The occupied is engaged in an Israeli race against time to decide its future unilaterally and through force of occupation and to expel it from the negotiation process by drastically altering its reality and attempting to erase its identity, in order to create a reality that is challenging to alter and bypass.
For its colonial projects that target Jerusalem and its Islamic and Christian holy sites, as well as for all violations that qualify as war crimes and crimes against humanity for which international law holds Israel accountable, the ministry held the Israeli government entirely and directly accountable.
Without Jerusalem serving as the capital of the State of Palestine, the Foreign Ministry emphasised, there cannot be peace, security, or stability in the area of conflict since it holds the key to both war and peace in the entire region.
The Israeli occupation’s actions in Jerusalem, according to the Palestinian Foreign Ministry, are “invalid” and won’t give Israel a claim to the city.
