Sudan lowers gasoline selling prices after a series of continuous increases

Because the fame is based on a price review, the Sudanese Ministry has lowered the selling prices of petroleum products for a month.
According to a statement from the Sudanese Ministry, gasoline prices will decrease starting today from 700 Sudanese pounds per litre to 522 pounds per litre, while diesel prices will marginally decrease from 687 Sudanese pounds per litre to 672 pounds per litre, according to “Reuters.”

Last year, Sudan had a series of price increases as part of the phase-out of gasoline, which tries to follow global prices.
Rates in the nation also reached historic highs, albeit recently they have been declining as the annual inflation rate dropped from 125.41% in July to 117.42% in August.

After a string of consecutive price hikes, Sudan decreases gasoline selling prices.
