Iraq.. Al-Kazemi condemns the repeated attacks in Kurdistan

The continuous attacks on Iraqi land were a topic of conversation between the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, and the prime minister of Iraq, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, today, Monday, in Erbil.
The two parties emphasised the importance of Iraq not serving as a venue for score-settling or a launchpad for acts that pose a danger to neighbouring nations during their discussion in Erbil.
Al-Kazemi and Barzani concurred that the national discussion must be finished in order to break the political impasse.

The two parties also emphasised the importance of social and political players in bringing down the tensile environment and preventing incitement.
The significance of continued collaborative coordination between Baghdad and Erbil was also highlighted during the discussion, along with a number of security-related issues.
The Iraqi Prime Minister stressed the rejection of all attempts to use his nation as a venue for settling scores on Saturday by denouncing the ongoing Iranian bombing that has severely damaged northern Iraq.

He also urged action to halt Iran’s military activities in northern Iraq.
