The only organisation in Finland that utilises the Chinese banking payment system UnionPay is Nokas CMS.
In recent weeks, the Russians have depleted ATMs on Finland’s eastern borders, particularly in the southeast of the country, in a matter of hours, according to the company, which claimed that Russian individuals have been aggressively utilising these cards.
Simply put, we were unable to keep up with such a cash replenishment.
