As reported by the TASS news agency, Russia will hold parliamentary elections in Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhia in September 2023. On Friday, President Vladimir Putin and the leaders of the separatist and occupied regions of Ukraine signed treaties on the annexation of Ukrainian lands in the Kremlin.
Sergei Lavrov, the foreign minister, was designated by President Putin as his delegate during the parliamentary discussions on the annexation of the four regions of Ukraine.
The court “recognises” the agreements made between Moscow and the four Ukrainian provinces of Kherson, Zaporizhia, Donetsk, and Luhansk as being “in compliance with the constitution of the Russian Federation,” according to a document that was made public.
At a gathering in Red Square in central Moscow to commemorate the annexation of four Ukrainian districts, President Putin stated that Russia would “win” the conflict with Ukraine. The signing ceremony for the annexation of four Ukrainian territories to Russia took place on Friday.

Insisting that Washington sabotaged the Nord Stream gas pipeline, Biden said Putin was fabricating “falsehoods,” and he promised to defend all of the United States’ NATO allies against Russian aggression.
