Russian civilians, particularly government officials, were warned by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky that “you will be slaughtered one by one” while President Vladimir Putin, who authorised the invasion of Ukraine, is in office.
In his daily address, Zelensky warned: “You will be slaughtered one by one and turn into holocaust rams because you do not understand that this conflict is a historical error for Russia. As long as you do not handle the problem of the guy who started it all, who started this mad war against Ukraine.

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry posted on Twitter on Saturday night, “Ukrainian air assault forces enter Lyman, Donetsk region.
A one-minute video that accompanied the tweet showed two Ukrainian soldiers first waving, then hanging, the country’s blue and yellow flag next to a sign that read “Lyman” at the city’s entrance.
As long as Putin is in charge, Zelensky warns the Russians, “You will be exterminated one by one.”
