Atletico deepens Seville’s wounds with a double

On Saturday, Sevilla fell to Atlético Madrid 2-0, extending their mediocre start to the La Liga season with only one victory across all competitions.
Sevilla, which has won six European League championships, is one point away from the bottom of the league standings at position 16 with five points.
The first goal was scored by Marcos Llorente in the 29th minute, while the second goal was added by Spain’s Alvaro Morata in the 57th minute as he skillfully chipped the ball over goalkeeper Yassin Bono.

With this victory, Atlético moves up to fifth position with 13 points, five points behind Real Madrid, the league’s leading team.
