A Yemeni human rights report: 161 civilians were killed and injured by the bullets of their children, children recruited by the Houthis

According to a study by the Yemeni Network for Rights and Freedoms, 161 individuals have been killed or maimed by the Houthi group’s juvenile recruits’ gunshots since the year 2021 began.

According to the Yemen satellite channel, the network claimed in its report that the war has turned into a favourable environment for committing the most heinous violations against children. The report was presented during a human rights symposium on violations against children in Yemen, which was held in Geneva in conjunction with the 51st session of the Human Rights Council.

Tens of thousands of children were recruited by the Al-Houthi to participate in sectarian, sectarian, extremist, and racial wars, and as a result of this mobilisation, many children in Yemen murdered their parents and other family members.
She continued by saying that the Houthi organisation is trying to motivate kids to kill anyone who opposes their goal or philosophy, even if he is a kidnapper’s relative.

Although it is the most egregious violation of a person’s right to life, they are close, obedient, and required to do it in order to forward their expansionist project.
The network claimed to have tracked over 161 murders and injuries in 11 Houthi-controlled governorates between 2021 and 2022, with 121 murders and 60 injuries.

The human rights network emphasised that these crimes are not simply isolated acts of criminality but rather a perilous phenomenon brought on by cycles of shipping, bloody mobilisation, and extremist terrorist ideologies. These ideologies are founded on the consolidation of violence, criminal thought, incitement against society, education with grudges and hatred, atonement for those who do not belong to it, blood transgression, easy killing of violators, and linking loyalty to the leader.

According to a Yemeni human rights investigation, 161 civilians were killed and injured by the Houthis’ juvenile recruits’ bullets.
