He said that in order to finish them by the deadlines, the implementation rates of the ongoing projects in the new city of Sphinx are being accelerated, particularly the infrastructure projects.
The 3,149 acres have been legalised by the monetary system, and the implementation times for investment projects range from two to six years to complete their investment projects in accordance with the agreements reached between the New Urban Communities Authority and the investors, according to Engineer Ahmed Ibrahim Anwar, head of the New Sphinx City Development Authority.
