Schultz said today, Saturday, in a video statement that Germany will allocate another 10 million euros to deliver grains from Ukraine in coordination with the World Food Program, adding that a ship belonging to the program sponsored Germany is currently on its way to hand over Ukrainian grains to Ethiopia.

Schultz’s comments come on the occasion of the “Pills from Ukraine” initiative. “Today we commemorate the great famine,” said Schultz, addressing Ukrainian President Volodimir Zellinski.

Schultz said that Germany welcomes the successful efforts of the United Nations to expand the so -called Black Sea Pills Initiative, adding that the world is closely monitoring whether Russia fulfills its obligations.
