Stoltenberg referred to the training that the Ukrainians received on the Norwegian and American “NASAMS” system, for example, and stressed that any decision to provide Ukraine with air defense systems is a national decision.
Stoltenberg had announced earlier today, Friday, that NATO provided Ukraine with defense defense devices against Russian offices.
“The allies provide unprecedented military support,” Stoltenberg said, referring to fuel shipments, medical supplies, wind equipment and jamming devices.
The jamming devices are designed to help Ukraine to repel the attacks of the country.
