The United States welcomed the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia on measures to avoid further escalating tensions between the two countries.
In a statement, the US State Department spokesman Ned Price praised the agreement of the two countries to fully and urgently focus on normalizing relations within the framework of the dialogue between them under the auspices of the European Union.
Price expressed his support for the dialogue that the European Union facilitates as the best way to advance the future of Serbia and Kosovo.
