Tunisia and Burndi signs an agreement in the field of technological and industrial development

Tunisia and Burndi signed an agreement in the field of technological and industrial development, on the sidelines of the eighteenth summit of Francophone, which concluded its work on the island of Djerba.
The signing of the agreement came during the meeting of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians abroad, Othman Al -Jarndi, with his Purndi counterpart, Porter Shingero.

The two ministers discussed the most prominent issues raised on the top of Djerba, where it was emphasized the need to search for new approaches to address various issues of common concern, taking into account cultural and social specificities and levels of economic development between different countries and societies within the Francophone space.

For his part, the Burndi minister praised Tunisia’s success in organizing and embracing two important international appointments in a short period of time, in reference to the Tikad 8 Summit and the 18th Summit of Francophone, praising the opportunities provided by these two times for the African countries.
He also expressed his country’s aspiration to strengthen and diversify bilateral cooperation with Tunisia, in a way that benefits the two countries and two brotherly peoples..
