Participants agreed on the importance of seeking to approve the legislation and laws necessary to confront the phenomenon of hatred and combat discrimination and racial incitement in the societies of Latin American countries and the Caribbean Sea, calling for the establishment of an international observatory in Latin America and the Caribbean Sea to monitor cases that incite hatred and committing violence, and the establishment of electronic advocacy platforms, It is concerned with publishing articles and research that would define Islam, its middle and tolerate Islam, and to show the position of Islam on the speech of hatred.
