Macron wants a climate summit in Paris in 2023 for a “financial agreement” with weak countries

French President Emmanuel Macron announced on Sunday his intention to organize a summit in Paris next year for a “new financial agreement” with the weak countries, after the COB 27 conference in Egypt concluded a varying outcome.
