The writer says in his introduction: “When the Almighty made both spouses a residence for its owner, they made them deal with affection and mercy between them to create a safe and stable climate for a good life to raise and care for children, in knowledge, morals and religion, and if the jurists are sincere to the Muslims in the purposes of the verses of the Holy Qur’an and the command of God to rationalize the couple to achieve They have a good life, that each of them becomes a residence for the other to introduce the spouses to the good purposes of the divine advice to achieve reassurance, affection and mercy between them and applied them to transform their house into a paradise that flies with happiness and safety, and to overcome all differences and misunderstanding so that life continues with good treatment between them, where Arab and Islamic societies will rise in education Creativity and positive contribution to the progress of humanity in all fields.
The author also explains: “The issue of” oral divorce “threatens the security of the need, as it is an unforgivable crime, and it results in the demolition of the family and its dispersion and the displacement of children towards the unknown has no future or safety, which requires the necessity of returning to the Book of God, which set the rules of separation spouses – if it is impossible Living between them – which is ordered to justice and fairness between the two parties with virtue and charity, and the prohibition of injustice between them, and aggression in all its moral and material forms, there is no salvation for Arab and Islamic society except by returning to the Book of God so that Muslims come out of darkness to light, and protect the rights between the spouses by agreeing to separate them with justice in application of the law The divine in his glory be to Him: (If they want a separation from a satisfaction of them and a gossip, then there is no misfortune on them ۗ (233 Surat Al -Baqara)).
The writer adds: The man’s responsibility to bear the leadership of the family to safety, on the basis of mercy and affection without domination and tyranny, but rather with the wife in everything related to their social life with their children with justice, mercy, charity and known.
