The technical staff of France, led by coach Didier Deschamps, announced the exclusion of the German striker Christopher Nonko, from the team’s list that will run in the World Cup because of the injury.
The French team is scheduled to participate in the World Cup Finals, which will be held in the Qatari capital, Doha, during the period between November 20 and December 18.

“Striker Christopher Nonko, who was injured during training, on Tuesday evening, must give up participating in the World Cup with the Blues,” the technical staff of France said in an official statement today, Wednesday.
The statement added: “We will not participate in the World Cup with France, and the Leipzig team striker left the exercises on Tuesday evening before its end, with a left knee.


The statement pointed out: “The medical examinations conducted on Tuesday evening revealed that there was a twist in the knee strings, and the medical file was sent to the player to FIFA, in order to replace it with another player in the coming hours. ”
“The name of the Christopher Nicoko alternative will be announced, once the medical file is validated by FIFA. ”
