Poland President: There is no compelling evidence about the missile source

Polish President André Doda announced today, Wednesday, that his country has no concrete evidence about who fired the missile that caused an explosion of two dead in a village near the Ukrainian border.
“We have no conclusive evidence at the present time on the one who launched this missile,” Doda said.

The Polish President’s comments came after the Polish Foreign Ministry spokesman Lukash Yashina announced that a Russian -made missile landed in Poland on Tuesday at 14,40 GMT and killed two in the village of Brevodov.
The spokesman said that “a Russian -made missile landed, and killed two citizens of the Republic of Poland,” noting that the Russian ambassador to Poland was summoned to obtain it “immediate detailed interpretations.

For her part, Kyiv described the allegations that one of the Ukrainian missiles fell in Poland as a “conspiracy theory”, after unconfirmed reports on the fall of a Russian -made missile inside the lands of the state member in NATO.
“Russia is now promoting a conspiracy theory claiming that a missile (launched) by the Ukrainian Air Force fell in the territory of Poland. This is not true. No one should believe or publish its messages,” Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitro Couliba wrote in a tweet.

In addition, the White House announced that President Joe Biden offered his Polish counterpart the full support of the United States in the investigation conducted in an explosion that killed two people near the border with Ukraine.
“President Biden offered the full support of the United States and its help in achieving Poland,” the White House added.

It is noteworthy that Washington and its Western allies announced that they were investigating a report on Tuesday about an explosion in Poland, a member of NATO, which resulted in stray Russian missiles but they could not confirm it, while the Russian Ministry of Defense denied this..
