NATO (NATO) decided to hold an emergency meeting today to discuss the landing of two Russian missiles in Poland near the border with Ukraine.
The meeting comes at the request of Poland on the basis of Article IV of the Essential Constituent Treaty.
Article 4 states that members can raise any issue of concern, especially with regard to the security of a member state.
Poland had announced the killing of two people as a result of the explosion of Russian missiles that fell on the village of Berzyudov near the borders of Ukraine.
The American Associated Press, also, quoted an American intelligence official as saying that two people were killed by Russian missiles in Poland.
The Poland National Security Committee holds an emergency meeting after the fall of the Russian missiles and the killing of two people.
For his part, the Pentagon said: “We do not have any details about the fall of two Russian missiles on a border Boundary village with Ukraine, and we cannot confirm the validity of the reports. “.
