Al-Madinah News:- French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed that his country and Turkey will continue to work together to continue charging pills from Ukraine.
This came in a tweet to him on Twitter, in French and then in Turkish, accompanied by a picture of his meeting with his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on the sidelines of the G20 summit on the Indonesian island of Bali.
Macron pointed out that the war in Ukraine increases the risks of starvation around the world.
He stressed that Turkey and France will continue to work together in order to continue to ship the pills without obstacles from Ukraine.
On July 22, Istanbul witnessed the signing of the “Document of the Safe Shipping initiative for grains and foodstuffs from Ukrainian ports”, between Turkey, Russia, Ukraine and the United Nations.
The agreement included securing grain exports in the Ukrainian ports on the Black Sea (eastern Europe) to the world, to address the global food shortage crisis that threatens a humanitarian catastrophe.
