Iran rejects a Western draft resolution condemning it at the Atomic Energy Agency

The head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammadi Islami, announced his country’s rejection of a draft resolution submitted by Western countries before the Council of the International Atomic Energy Agency, condemning Tehran for its lack of cooperation with the UN Authority, according to what was reported by the official media on Wednesday.

Islami said that the United States, France, Germany and Britain “formulated a draft resolution and brought documents realized that they are incorrect, and this is rejected by Iran,” according to the official “IRNA” agency.
He considered that “the adoption of the policy of maximum pressure and the promotion of accusations by the arrogance forces (in reference to the United States and its allies), is of the nature of sanctions addicts and the benefits of this policy.
