British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly said today, Wednesday, that the United Kingdom will not rush to power regarding reports of a missile in Poland near its borders with Ukraine, killing two people.
He continued in statements before the House of Commons that the full details have not yet been known and that his country’s response will always depend on the truth, adding that the only reason behind the flight of missiles in the sky of Europe is the Russian military operations in Ukraine, according to the British Sky News, Sky News.
He stated that he had contacted his Polish counterpart Zipgdeno Rao to express the sympathy and solidarity of the United Kingdom, noting that Prime Minister Rishi Sonak contacted Polish President André Doda to express the condolences of the United Kingdom and to emphasize his country’s fixed support for Poland.
