Olxander Starukh, head of the regional military administration in the Zabarujia region, announced that the Russian forces attacked the outskirts of the city of Zabarujia.
“Once again, nearly four in the morning, the occupiers (four missiles, are supposed to be S -300), the outskirts of Zabarujia,” Starukh said – in a statement carried by the Ukrainian Yosrinfaram News Agency on Tuesday.
