The fans of the Sharjah International Book Fair, 2022, will meet with writer Shihan Karunaclaka, the international poker novelist, in its 2022 session, for his second novel “The Seven Mali Mali Almeida”, tomorrow, Sunday, at seven in the evening, United Arab Emirates time.

Sihan Karunlaka became the second writer of Sri Lankan, winner of the Booker Award for International Novel, in the history of the famous prize for the novel, after he won it for the novel “The Seven Mali Mali Al -Mida” in its 2022 session.
Shehan Carrionilaka is one of the first writers in Sri Lanka, and in addition to his novels, he also wrote rock songs, some scenarios and stories.

He ascended to the International Literary Theater in 2011, when he won the Commonwealth Book Award, the DSL Award and the Gratiaen Award for his first novel Chinaman.
Sihan Karunaclaka was born in Gali, Sri Lanka, in 1975, grew up in Colombo, studied in New Zealand, lived and worked in London, Amsterdam and Singapore. He currently lives in Sri Lanka. His works were published in Rolling Stone, Ji Qi and Nashonal Gi -Geographic.

He worked as an advertisement author and played guitar in a band called Independent Square.
