He added that this is one of the “results of the fear of the occupiers before they flee.


He pointed out that “the largest part of the liberated area without electricity since the sixth of November. We are doing what we can supply people with electricity as soon as possible. ”
He explained that Ukraine “has handed our international partners a list of the equipment that the city needs,” noting that “a response from Poland and France” has been received so far.

The liberated organizer was the first major Ukrainian city to fall into the hands of the Russians after the start of the invasion in late February.
The forced withdrawal of the Russian forces in the face of the Ukrainian counter -attack was a relapse of President Vladimir Putin, who in September had ordered the mobilization of 300,000 reserve elements.
