The operating Ukrainian national company “Okrinergo” confirmed that Russia destroyed a major power station in Jiusson before its forces withdrew from the city and the right bank of the Dnieber River last week.

He explained that Ukraine “has handed our international partners a list of the equipment that the city needs,” noting that “a response from Poland and France” has been received so far.
The liberated organizer was the first major Ukrainian city to fall into the hands of the Russians after the start of the invasion in late February.
The forced withdrawal of the Russian forces in the face of the Ukrainian counter -attack was a relapse of President Vladimir Putin, who in September had ordered the mobilization of 300,000 reserve elements.
