“Kaf” signs an agreement to host the African Nations Championship with the government of Cote d’Ivoire

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has announced the signature of Patrice Motsby, President of the Federation, for the agreement to host the 2023 African Nations Cup with the government of Cote d’Ivoire.

The signing ceremony of the agreement was attended by Patrick Ashi, Prime Minister of Côte d’Ivoire, Claude Paulin, Minister of Cote d’Ivoire, Yassin Idris Diallo, President of the Ivorian Football Association, Vice President of Kaf, and some heads of African federations and Secretary -General Veron Musingo Omba.

The African Union stated in its official statement that the hosting agreement between it and the Ivorian Football Association is a document in which the federation is determined to organize the thirty -fourth edition of the African Nations Cup.
The Ivorian Football Federation conveyed its commitment to Kaf, which in turn assumes the material organization of competition in Cote d’Ivoire.

Sufficiency was announced at the time of the 2023 African Nations Cup, which was scheduled to be held next June to January 2024.
