Cold weather “heats” gas prices in Europe

Gas prices in the European markets were quick to grow today, Tuesday, as it rose about 11% and approached the level of 1345 dollars per thousand cubic meters.
The prices of natural gas had started today’s transactions at a rise of 5%, as it rose to the level of 1250 dollars per thousand cubic meters, and this came after it jumped yesterday by 20%.
The National Energy Security Fund attributed the reason for the high gas prices for cold weather and the problems of blue fuel supply from Norway.
