The European Union’s foreign policy official, Josep Borrell, announced that the Union launches today, Tuesday, the task of training 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers in member states.
Borrell told reporters upon his arrival to the meeting of the Union Defense Ministers in Brussels, that the European rapid intervention force will be ready in 2025, according to the “Arab/Hadath” correspondent.

He also added that the European state forces trained the Ukrainian forces on various European weapons before heading to the front.
It is noteworthy that Borrell was announced yesterday, Monday, the inauguration of the Ukrainian army training mission, in which a number of countries in the federation will participate, and its work will begin within two weeks.

He added in a statement that the mission will include Poland and Germany, pointing out that there are many countries ready to participate in the mission, which will train about 15,000 Ukrainian soldiers.
He also stressed that “we must continue. We have to continue supporting Ukraine with our military capabilities, stressing Russia and communicating with the rest of the world to face the consequences of this war.


It is noteworthy that since the start of the Russian military operation on the Ukrainian lands on February 24, Western countries have lined up alongside Kyiv, supporting them with weapons and equipment.
