Today, Saturday, a senior military official from Ukraine claimed that a curfew had been put in place in the city of Khaisson to protect the local populace.
The head of the Ukrainian regional administration, Yarroslav Yanoshivic, added – in statements reported by the American news channel “CNN” – that “our mission is to ensure the safety of your life, so we are forced to impose a curfew starting from today, from 5 pm until eight in the morning.
Yanoshivic added that restrictions on leaving and entering the city would apply as a result of the mine-clearing operations.
