The fifteenth round of the Italian League for the 2022-2023 season will feature a match between the Roma team and its Torino counterpart on the fourth day, Sunday, at the Olympic Stadium.
Roma, under the direction of Portuguese coach Jose Mourinho, is attempting to stop the loss of points after Sassuolo and the team it brought together at the “Mabe” stadium in the fourteenth round of the Italian League scored a goal each in the match that brought them together.
In the Italian capital derby that pitted Lazio against Roma and ended up at the “Olympic” stadium in the thirteenth round of the Italian League, Lazio triumphed with a clear-cut goal.
Mourinho wants to win today’s match in order to amend a position in the Italian league table, and to strive to advance towards the area in the big four in the competition train for the title.
The Roma team has 26 points after playing 8 wins, 2 draws, 4 losses, 17 goals scored, and 13 assists, placing them in seventh place in the Italian league standings.
Rick Chardroub, a Dutchman, was expelled from Mourinho’s books after the team’s match against Sassuolo because the latter accused him of treason.
“Roma wanted to win against a difficult opponent, sorry because the team’s efforts were betrayed by one non -professional player.
“I had 16 players in the game, and I was pleased with the performance of 15 of them, but one player’s effort on behalf of the team was compromised by an unnoticed circumstance. I cheated on everyone.
“I already told the traitor in the locker room to look for a new club in January,” Morino continued. “It is an exceptional thing that I do not do much because I usually do not talk to the players after the matches.”
After defeating Bulgarian Ludujuritz Razgeard 3-1 in their matchup at the “Olympic” stadium in the sixth and final round of the third group’s group stage competitions for the current season, Roma recently qualified for the knockout stage of the European League.
Turin, which is currently in ninth place in the Italian league table with 20 points, is also hoping to have a successful day today, either by earning the three match points or, at the very least, a tie.
To stop the loss of points in the Italian league, Rome hosts Turin.
