New Hollywood accident .. Baldwin files a lawsuit against an arms official

American actor Aleck Baldwin filed a lawsuit against an arms official and three other members of the filming crew due to the deadly shooting of the filming site “Rast”, in the Hollywood shook accident.
A bullet that originated from a pistol that Baldwin was practising with while filming in New Mexico killed Halina Hatchens, the director of photography.

As a result of a prior lawsuit that one of the movie’s crew members had filed, accusing Baldwin and others, Baldwin filed the current lawsuit in the Los Angeles Upper Province Court.
Baldwin demanded compensation for his “extreme sadness” in the new lawsuit, claiming that the tragedy was brought on by the neglect.
He also added, “This tragedy occurred due to the arrival of live bullets to the place of filming and placed inside the pistol.

There are many cases connected to the tragedy that occurred on October 21, 2021, and this is just one of them. A criminal investigation is being conducted and could result in charges being brought in New Mexico.
Baldwin, Hana Guterres Reed, who oversaw the use of weapons at the photography location, Dave Halls, the first assistant director, Seth Kenny, equipment, and Sarah Zakri, the equipment official, were all named as defendants in the sub-lawsuit.
According to Jason Bulls and Guterres Reed, “The Baldwin is to blame for this tragedy.”

In the initial lawsuit, which was brought by the script official who claimed that the shooting caused a severe emotional disorder, the four are additionally charged along with Baldwin.
