Medvedev stated that Russia has not yet exerted all of its influence in Ukraine, that its military has not yet made use of all of its offensive potential, and that it has not yet resorted to attacking all of the Ukrainian targets located in civilian areas, before adding that every action has its proper time.
In response to recent events and the challenging decisions made by the military leadership, Medvedev wrote on his Telegram account: “We remind everyone that Russia is the one that defends its citizens and that our country has regained its lands, not the other way around, and that this regains are continuing.
Medvedev: Russia opposes NATO, but it didn’t fully exert its force in Ukraine.
