Snake bite kills Queensland boy, man faces manslaughter charge

The sudden death of an 11-year-old boy who was bitten by a snake has led Queensland police to charge a 31-year-old man with manslaughter.
The boy claimed to have been bitten at a property in Murgon, Queensland’s South Burnett region, on November 21, 2017, and the man is accused of failing to seek medical attention.
According to the police, the boy and the man knew one another.
The man is due to appear in Murgon Magistrates Court on Decembre 6..
