Service Outage That Saw Sub Sum ontario Customers Unable To Call 911 Resolved

The issue that prevented some Sub Télus customers in Southern Ontario from calling 911 early on Thursday has been fixed.
Just before 5:30 a.m., Hamilton Police posted on Twitter that, according to the company, Telus landlines couldn’t call 911.
The tweet stated, “We have been advised this is a widespread outage.”

According to the company’s website, the issue started on Thursday shortly after one in the morning.
