The first sector development apparatus of the northwestern coast and the city of Luxor mandated that Dr. Asim Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, issue three administrative decisions to remove encroachments, hand, occupations, and construction violations by cutting lands owned by the New Urban Communities Authority.
The Minister of Housing reaffirmed the Ministry’s bodies’ ongoing efforts, in collaboration with other parties, to eliminate haphazard appearances and violations in new cities, to control urbanization, maintain the appearance of civilization in new cities, and prevent the emergence of slums in all their manifestations.
The decisions stipulated the removal of encroachments and construction violations that had been established on two plots of land in the Qebli area of Al-Kafouri/Burj Al Arab on the northwest coast, which is to construct a ground floor building and the first without support and without obtaining the necessary building licenses, as well as the removal of encroachments and works and placing the hand on the land owned by the authority and numbering and numbering 33 cases of an area of 2,000 square metres
The removal will be carried out in accordance with the decisions by the first sector development apparatus of the northwest coast and the city of Heliopolis, assisted by the Construction Police and the relevant police department.
