Saudi Crown Prince: The Kingdom aims to reach the zero neutrality in 2050

Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi Crown Prince, emphasised today, Monday, that the Kingdom hopes to achieve zero neutrality in 2050.

According to Al-Arabiya, during his presidency of the second Green Middle East initiative summit in Sharm El-Sheikh in 2022, which was held in conjunction with the COP 27 conference, Bin Salman stated that the Kingdom seeks to develop more sustainable energy systems. He added: “We also seek to represent renewable energy 50% Of our consumption in 2030” and achieve zero neutrality in 2050.
