The commission also stated that 15 individuals have so far been saved, but it was unclear how many people were on board and whether the accident had been reported.
According to the story, the plane crashed into Lake Victoria this morning after taking off from the capital’s airport, Dar Al Salam, as a result of a storm and torrential rain.
