According to “Russia Today,” the United States indicated its confidence that Russia will continue to be interested in exporting energy resources even after setting a cap on the price of Russian oil.
According to US Secretary of State Anthony Blanckeen, “Russia needs energy exports to continue to perform its economy and finance its operation in Ukraine,” according to US Secretary of State Anthony Plenekin.
“At least, the entry of the ceiling lowers the adverse effects of Russia’s continued sale of energy resources,” he continued.
