The head of the Cop26, Alock Sharma, said that he hopes that the COP27 summit will resulted in providing additional financing to counter climate change, according to Sky News Arabia.
The “COB 27” conference of the states signatories to the Climate Change Agreement in Sharm El-Sheikh began today, on Sunday.

Thousands of environmental activists from throughout the world attend this conference, which is attended by the top leaders of the year and UN high-ranking officials.
It is reported that the climate conference is an annual summit attended by 197 countries in order to discuss climate change, and what these countries do, to confront and address this problem.

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, a global agreement intended to reduce the adverse effects of human activities on the climate, is a component of the conference.
