An urgent warning message from UNESCO on the World Day to raise awareness of the tsunami waves

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, UNESCO, launched a warning message on the World Tsunami Awareness Day, in which it demanded that all coastal communities should be trained in how to deal with the tsunani waves urgently.
In order to save lives, coastal cultures must be taught how to respond to tsunami waves, according to UNESCO, who stated that the steroid bell is insufficient.

On its official website, UNESCO stated that although tsunami waves are uncommon, they can be extremely deadly. In the past 100 years, 58 Tsunami disaster has led to the death of more than 260,000 people, or an average of 4,600 people per disaster.

After we approached the United Nations Ocean Sciences for Sustainable Development, it is now necessary to increase our efforts and reaffirm our solidarity on a global scale. In order to deal with these catastrophes that damage entire communities, particularly in small, emerging island nations, this is more severe than it has ever been.

It is significant that the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, or UNESCO, declared November 5 to be the International Day for Tsunami Awareness through the United Nations General Assembly in December 2015.

On the World Day to Increase Tsunami Awareness, UNESCO issued a dire warning.
