America: Tehran’s missile experiences destabilize

The US State Department responded to the Iranian claim by confirming that the launching of a satellite carrier is unhelpful and destabilising.
Today, Sunday, a ministry spokesperson stated that his nation is still concerned about Iran’s ongoing development of rockets that launch commercial satellites into orbit.

He also explained that these “missiles include almost similar technologies and canable with those used in ballistic missiles, including longer systems,” according to Reuters.
Additionally, he emphasised that the firing of the ballistic missiles “represents a challenge to United Nations Security Council decision No.

2231, which demands that Iran refrain from engaging in any activity involving ballistic missiles built to be able to transport nuclear bombs, including launch operations utilising ballistic missile technology.”
He added that his country “continues to use a variety of non -deployment tools, including sanctions, to counter the additional progress of the Iranian missile program and its ability to supply other parties with relevant missiles and technology.

These declarations followed the announcement on Saturday by Amir Ali Haji Zadeh, commander of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, that the latter had developed a new missile (October 100) to transport satellites. He continued by saying that the Iranian industrial moon Nahid would be launched with this missile for the benefit of the Ministry of Communications.
Additionally, he said that he will be able to launch an 80 kilogramme satellite into an orbit 500 kilometres above the surface of the planet.

Tehran had previously failed owing to technical issues in a number of satellite launch missions during the preceding few years.
Although Tehran was required by the 2015 nuclear agreement to stop developing ballistic missiles with the ability to carry nuclear weapons for up to eight years, it is noteworthy that Washington is concerned about the possibility of using long-range ballistic technology, used to launch satellites into its orbit, to launch nuclear warheads as well.
