During the “January-September” period of this year, Egypt’s exports of building materials, thermal materials, mining industries, construction, and construction climbed by approximately 7% to reach $5. 105 billion, up from $ 4. 785 billion during the same time last year.

According to the Export Council for Building Materials, Thermal and Mineral Industries’ monthly report, “Canada” topped the list of the most significant importers for the sector’s exports, which account for about 12.8% of all exports and had a value of 656 million dollars, up 28% from the same period last year’s figure of 513 million dollars.

Building material exports from Egypt to the “United Arab Emirates” surged by over 76% in the first nine months of this year, totaling $555 million, up from $316 million.
In terms of the top importing nations of building materials, Italy came in third place with a value of $ 486 million, down from $ 629 million and a 23% decline.

Libya ranked sixth in terms of importing countries for Egyptian building materials, with a value of 208 million dollars, compared to about 223 million dollars, with a decline of 7%, while Egypt’s exports of building materials to the “Kingdom of Saudi Arabia” increased in 9 months, at about 74%, to reach 291 million dollars, compared to 384 million dollars.

Egypt’s exports of “construction materials” to the “United States of America” fell by around 37% during the time period, from about 227 million dollars to roughly 144 million dollars.
Meanwhile, it increased to “Ghana” by about 86% to record $ 120 million compared to $ 65 million during the same period last year, and it also rose to “Algeria” by about 48% to reach about 105 million dollars compared to $ 71 million..

Within nine months, Egypt exported “construction materials” worth 5.1 billion dollars.
