The English football team Wolverhampton announced on Saturday that Gaulin Lopetegui, a Spaniard, has been hired as the team’s technical director.
Lopetegui, the former coach of the Spanish national team, Real Madrid and Seville, will take charge of his duties in Wolverhampton as of November 14, after receiving a work permit.
As the club takes the lead in today’s Premier League match against Brighton, Steve Davis will continue to serve as Wolverhampton’s interim head coach in the coming days.
Jeff, President of Wolverhampton, said in statements to the club’s website: Goulin is a first -class coach, who has a distinguished experience at the highest level in the game, and we are very happy to reach an agreement to sign him and take over Wolverhampton’s training.
In comments made public by the British Press Agency “BA Media,” he added: We are looking forward to welcoming Julien and his assistance device when they arrive in the coming weeks. Julien was always our first choice to drive Wolverhampton.
