Tunisia agrees to the Agreement of the Arab Fund for Economic Development

The Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development and the Tunisian Cabinet signed a loan agreement last September 18 to support the financing of an integrated agricultural development project in the south of Kasserine. The loan agreement was approved by the Tunisian Cabinet during its meeting today, on Saturday.

The Council of Ministers also approved a draught decree related to the protocol regarding the integrated management of coastal areas on average, which was approved in Madrid on January 21 2008, a decree project related to the approval of the Tunisian agreement, and a draught decree related to the approval of the private agreement and its accessories related to the search licence for fuel known as the “Bougara” licence, according to a statement from the government’s presidency.

He also consented to a draught decree related to the World Organization for Intellectual Property Organization Treaty on Performance and Voice Registration, approved in Geneva on December 20, 1996, and a draught decree related to the Tunisian Republic’s accession to the World Organization for Intellectual Property Organization Treaty on the Right of the Author.
