Canada recalls Cappola brand Genoa Salami due to undeclared milk and wheat

Because it contains milk and wheat that aren’t mentioned on the label, the Cappola brand of Genoa salami has been recalled by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
The implicated product has best before dates of January 3, 4, and 9 2023 and was marketed in 175 gramme packets.
Canada-wide sales of the salami were made.
No illnesses have been linked to the product in any reports.
Customers are instructed to either dispose of the salami or bring it back to the place of purchase.

The CFIA is looking into food safety, which could result in the recall of further items.

Due to undeclared milk and wheat, Canada has recalled the Cappola brand of Genoa Salami.
