British intelligence report: Russia kills its soldiers withdrawing from the invasion of Ukraine

According to a report by British intelligence, the Russian army “has undoubtedly given orders for troops to shoot on soldiers removed from the fronts of the battle in Ukraine in a replay of Stalinist actions during World War II.”

The British Ministry of Defense quoted the newspaper “Times” as saying in an intelligence update: “Because of the low morale and the reluctance of the combat, the Russian forces presumably began to deploy (barriers) or (disability units).”
She continued, “These units have previously employed this technique in prior conflicts, and Moscow has threatened to shoot the Russian soldiers who withdraw or abandon the fronts of the combat.”

A year after the Nazi troops invaded Russia, the late Soviet leader Joseph Stalin issued the 22nd Order, often known as “Forbidden (Return) one step back,” in July 1942.
Under that decree, some of the units in the Red Army were allowed to shoot “cowards and depositors” in the ranks of those forces.

According to the British Ministry of Defense, Russian generals recently “likely utilised their subordinates to use weapons against fleeing forces, including authorising fire to kill individuals who are behind the combat after a warning.”
It was also implied in the comment that the generals might have wished to keep military locations in tact at all costs.
Moscow hasn’t made any formal comments regarding these reports, but some Russian officials, according to the Times newspaper, have mocked them.

A bill that authorises the recruitment of people convicted of significant crimes was approved by Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, although it exempts individuals who have been found guilty of “espionage, terrorism, betrayal, armed uprisings, kidnapping of aircraft and some other crimes.”

According to a British intelligence report, Russia murders its soldiers as they leave the Ukraine incursion.
